Questions, answered.

What counts as one decoy?
One enrolled sensor is one decoy, whatever profile it runs. A Windows file server decoy with SMB, RDP, IIS and FTP is still a single decoy.
Why is a card required for the trial?
It keeps the trial for real teams and means your decoys keep running when the trial ends. You are not charged during the 14 days, and if you cancel before the trial ends you pay nothing.
Which plan should I choose?
Five decoys on the per-decoy plan cost less than Unlimited; from the sixth decoy on, Unlimited is cheaper. You can switch plans at any time from the billing page in the Console.
Is it cheaper to pay yearly?
Yes. Paying for a year up front costs 20% less than twelve monthly payments, on both plans. You can switch between monthly and yearly from the billing page in the Console.
Which currency do you bill in?
Euros only. Every price on this page is in euros and that is what appears on your invoice. If your card is in another currency, your card provider converts it. Billing runs through Stripe, and card data never touches Kandaro’s servers.
Are there limits on events or users?
No metering on events: a decoy is supposed to be quiet, and when it is not, you should hear about all of it. Invite your whole team; every user signs in with MFA.
What is a founding supporter?
One of the first 20 organisations that back Kandaro early. You pay the Unlimited yearly price (€4,752) up front and get every product we make, a locked price, a direct line to the team and a say in the roadmap. It is by application rather than checkout: apply through the contact form.
What will Kandaro Emulation cost?
We will publish pricing when it launches. Join the waitlist on the Emulation page and you will hear first.
Where is my data stored?
In the EU. Events are kept for 90 days by default. See the security page for how we protect it.
What happens when I cancel?
Your subscription runs until the end of the billing period. You can export your data as JSON at any time, and when you delete your organisation its data is purged within 30 days.
